1-year-anniversary

It is quite impressive to see how things were going in the past year since we decided to open Peregrine Simulations.
Even though the blog is poorly maintained, we still hope people take a peek into the recent news with this website, and the ongoing developments.
We have released fixes for our sceneries, and EDTC as a standalone scenery, along with EDBM, LHSK and 6I2 to fill our portrait - EDOZ, ESSL and a special airport in the making.

Now to the harsh reality: due to significant changes, both in our private lifes and the hardware we are using, some data might have been lost in the process of upgrading the PCs. Even though we use the same hard disk we have used before, some data seems to be lost because of (re)formatting the HDDs for clean installations of Windows 10. We are still searching for backups, but for EDOZ and ESSL it looks like we might have to start from the scratch again. Therefore, the estimate for the release of both sceneries went from mid-2018 to end-2018. We really hope that we are done by then with these two projects, the special airport maybe released then, too.

We are sure that we will find the motivation and the required project files until then - unless we really have to start from the scratch, which would not be too bad either. A fresh start brings motivation anyway!

Until then: Hold your altitude and soar above!
